Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery

Free delivery in Belmopan with our own team. We deliver countrywide; outside Belmopan the fee is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay. You can also pick up at the showroom.

Returns

Please check your furniture when it arrives. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos on WhatsApp and we will repair or replace it. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on assembled or custom items.

Warranty

Furniture is covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. Normal wear, misuse and outdoor exposure of indoor items are not covered.
